Consulting Analyst:
As a member of Monk consulting team, the candidate will work on consulting projects across verticals with clients all over India / overseas, under the supervision of Consulting Director, and in close cooperation with other analysts. Monk’s consulting engagements vary in duration and scope, and will mainly include: financial due diligence projects, market sizing projects, market entry strategies, technology assessment and strategy development. In addition to supporting the day to day work on these projects, the successful candidate will also be required to lead with project and client management responsibilities, as well as supporting Monk’s business development activities as far as strategy consulting is concerned.
Candidate should have demonstrated ability to take data obtained through primary / secondary research, synthesize the salient points and communicate them both verbally and through presentation materials.
The Consulting Analyst will help drive the development of the Smarter Industry Perspective through collection, synthesis and communication of Primary / secondary research that contributes to the overall context and content of the document.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting and writing research pertaining to local and regional markets, from data-‐gathering to analysis and forecasting
- Managing the operations of research processes, coordinating with other analysts where relevant, and maintaining the knowledge databases
- Leading the research and business growth of assigned research area/ vertical
- Delivering analysis or market insights to clients
